The TIMES 3 system is a constantly evolving product, and as such we reguarly receive feedback from our agents as to what they require in the changing world of business travel to not only keep abreast, but also to stay ahead of the competition.

One such area was the need to develop several aspects of an agents ability to report and keep track of all Hotel movement.

This required a new step from NextGen Computing, as we would now need to retrieve our data not from the agency back office, but rather from their front office CRS system.

NextGen therefore deveoped their CRS Interface tool, which now enables agents to read their CRS files directly into the TIMES 3 database, therefore allowing agents to manipulate this data in a number of fashions for several purposes.
